Task given was told us to prepare our slide presentation and pick any topics which related to Marine Engineering. I choose for my slide is best on Workshop Practical that is Welding. My topic was Oxyacetylene Process. Luckily, my roll be presenter was number 6.

Marine Workshop - Disassemble and Reassemble (Day 1)

First day in marine workshop, we were dis-assemble and re-assemble gate valve. We were divided into 5 groups by sir Zul and Mr.Rahat and stick it for the following day. My group members were Me, Zana, Raudhah and Bagol. After that before the end of semester or end phase test we gonna have to do all reports that what we have done in the workshop and submit it.

    

L&C - Preparation for the Last Semester before the Presentation (Day 3)

Here some of video of my classmate that we were told only to sing the part of chorus, any songs in group. The groups were divided by our SR himself. It was good idea for not picking the members that have good voice or we want to, and all that needed was a teamwork. Our class, the songs that were chosen: More Than Words, Someone Like You, Lemon Tree, (Back Street Boy Song) and 1,2,3,4.

During the class lesson, first, we were sang in group, after that in individual with same song of the group. Then poem was given in group with different poem. It all about that what we have done during the lesson, personal characteristic and give us advise and strength for the actual presentation.

Last two weeks, 6th Feb on subject IT Apps we were given new task on Graphic Design in Group-work. We were divided into several teams. My team members are Zul, Faiz, Jannah, Aqil and Myself. The due date is a week after the day was given! Luckily, we were managed to complete the task and we did our best. Theme: Me, My Marine & Our Brunei. Product at least 3 posters. (Graphically & Artistically). Application use: 1. ACDSee Photo Manager 2. Windows Live Photo Gallery 3. Microsoft Publisher 4. Adobe Photoshop.

Membaca Surah Yasin

Assalamualaikum, memandangkan hari ini giliran kejuruteraan 'Marine Engineering' membaca surah yasin di awal pagi sebelum bermulanya waktu belajar. Malangnya hari ini kami tidak menepati membaca surah yasin tetapi digantikan dengan membaca tahlil keatas salah seorang pengajar iaitu Cikgu Awang Dayang dalam bidang praktikal 'Fabrication and Welding Workshop', bondanya telah kembali kerahmatullah beberapa hari yang lepas. Dan sama-samalah kita sedekahkan sedikit banyak surah-surah mahupun membaca doa Al-Fatihah keatas Allahyarham bonda Awang Dayang. In shaa Allah dan semoga roh tersebut dicucuri Allah SWT dan ditempatkan di dalam golongan orang yang beriman. Amin~!!

Majlis Tazkirah Semperna Sambutan Maulud Nabi

Majlis ini semperna sambutan Maulud Nabi dibulan Rabiul Awal bagi memperingatkan Nabi kita yang terakhir iaitu Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam kalender Islam. Majlis ini dilakukan pada hari Rabu iaitu 6hb febuari di sebelah petang, untuk mengisi masa ECA dengan majlis keugamaan. Ceramah ini di ungkayahkan oleh Ustaz Zulhilmi. Ianya dibuat pertama kali Maktab Kejuruteraan Jefri Bokliah mengadakan majlis ini ditempatkan di dalam Surau MKJB.

Parents Teacher Meeting

Last Saturday, 2nd Feb, we had a Parents Teacher Meeting event taking place at MKJB Multi-purpose hall. The event started at 8am-12pm and continues at 2pm-4pm. My dad was arrived early morning before 8am while i still had a breakfast at hostel. I only got the call from my dad and told him have to see our G.C (Group Coordinator), Sir Saini.

Since, my dad came earlier. Immediately, he can't waited me together went to see Sir Saini because he have to work after that without seeing me even for few minutes and he have got compliment from my G.C about me. After that, my dad told me through the phone that my scores phase test 1 result was 1 Distinction and 3 Merits and 3 passed. But overall our G.C said to my dad, my result was very good and i have to work more hard to get better result next phase test 2.

so, I will try my best to score much more distinctions or merits and not passes anymore on my phase test 2!!! WISH ME LUCK!!

In this exercise, you create a worksheet that uses Excel’s Mathematical and statistical functions to generate a value for use in a sweepstakes contest.

1. Create a worksheet that looks like the one shown below: 

2. Your first step is to populate the worksheet with a list of 10 random integer values between 0 and 100. To do so:

Select: cell A5

Type: =int(rand()*100)

Press: Enter

Copy this from A5 to A14

Random value will appear in each cell.

3. Then, calculate the average value in D6.

Each person who rents a video will have an opportunity to press F9 key to recalculate the worksheet. If his ‘Average random value’ is greater than the ‘Value to beat’ then he is a winner

4.  In cell D8, use the IF functions to informs the participant on how they’ve done. The winner must achieve an average random value that is greater than the specified value to beat. If he wins, cell D8 will displays “Winner!”, otherwise displays “Try Again!”. To do so:

Select: D8

Type: =IF(D6>60, “Winner!”, “Try Again!”)

Press: Enter

5. In cell range A5 to A14, use conditional formatting fill the cells with blue background if the random value is less than or equal to 60.
6. In cell D8, also use the Conditional Formatting to fill it with yellow background if the participant wins.
7. On your own, press the F9 key to test your luck.
